General Provisions

BuyRW.com is a free ad storage and search system, where any visitor of BuyRW.com site may upload his ads in accordance with the requirements specified in the terms and conditions of service of BuyRW.com system.

The management of BuyRW.com shall not be responsible for any material, moral or other damages incurred by using the services of the free ad system BuyRW.com

Terms and conditions

By uploading their ads on BuyRW.com system, users shall adhere to the following requirements:

• Ad of the same content can be uploaded only once. Registered users can renew (re-upload) their ads;
• Uploading of unethical, false or other information that is in conflict with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania is prohibited;
• Ads must only be uploaded in the relevant ad category;
• Writing the title and text of the ad in CAPITAL letters and uploading of meaningless sequences of repetitive numbers is strictly prohibited.
• Should users fail to adhere to the rules hereinabove, their ads will be removed without any prior notice thereof, and the right to use the services of BuyRW.com system will be limited to such users for a period of 12 months.

Liability

• The management of BuyRW.com shall not be liable for the information and content of the ads uploaded by users.
• The management of BuyRW.com shall not be liable for the malfunctioning of the system.
• The management of BuyRW.com shall have the key and decisive voice in all the disputes with the users regarding the use of free services of BuyRW.com system. Dissatisfied users may refuse to use the services of BuyRW.com system at any moment.
• BuyRW.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice thereof to the registered users of the system.
